This 1967 survey of a national sample of Catholic adults conducted for Newsweek Magazine focused on the changes within the Catholic Church since the Vatican Council II and attitudes of Catholics toward the changes and the Church in general. Questions include belief in various church teachings, attitudes toward priests and papal authority, church attendance, and birth control.The ARDA has added five additional variables to the original data set to enhance the users' experience on our site.
