Description: Big Mind was created by Genpo Merzel Roshi when he saw a more effective way to teach Zen to modern Westerners. By blending Western psychology and Zen tradition, it allows students to quickly experience the different aspects of the mind. Following Genpo Roshi's disrobing, Merzel decided to continue to teach "Big Mind" techniques as a purely secular practice.
