Description: The Heritage Reformed Churches was formed in 1993 after a split occurred within the First Netherlands Reformed Congregation of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The split was over matters of church order and theological issues, and resulted with the former group dissolving - but continuing its denominational affiliation - and the Heritage Reformed Churches forming.
