The International Fellowship of Bible Churches, Inc. was founded in 1988 as a Wesleyan and Arminian influenced holiness association. Rev. Kenneth Arnold and Dr. Donald E. Hicks were the first CEOs, followed by Dr. William Sillings, who became the first superintendent (the position that later replaced CEO).
